First Line Maintenance
This is a preventive wellhead maintenance activity which involves troubleshooting the wellhead and Xmas Tree Valves in order to ascertain their integrity, Function testing the Xmas tree and its ancillaries in order to ascertain their functionality and integrity, Lubricating/plastic packing of all valves/ hanger neck seals. The benefits of First Line Maintenance are enormous ranging from being cost effective, time saving to increased productivity.
Second Line Maintenance
This is a curative wellhead maintenance activity involving correcting of faults and failures identified during preventive maintenance activities. It involves replacement of faulty or missing components of the wellhead and Xmas tree, greasing of valves, leak testing of Xmas tree valves and other components, Installation of wellhead spares, function testing and resetting of surface safety devices, pressure testing of wellhead etc.
Well Re-Entry / Ad-hoc Wellhead Services
A drilling re-entry is an additional drilling on a well that had previously been drilled and rig released. At SP INTEGRATED we help our clients breath new life into aging wells, abandoned well etc. We carry out wellhead installations and completions, Xmas tree installations, RIG support and workover services.
Workshop Services
With our well equipped workshop we carry out Servicing, Repairs, Refurbishing, Assembling and Pressure Testing of Wellhead Equipment and Accessories, Valves and equipment maintenance.
